Bodywork Treatments

There’s a lot of focus on mental health (and rightly so), but the body should be just as much a part of the conversation. It’s in constant interaction with the world around us—responding to our environment before we’re even aware of it. Tension, stress, and emotion often settle into the body unnoticed.

Your skin, too, tells its own story. Signs like dryness, pigmentation, or dullness can signal the need for self-care or a refresh in your skincare routine.

Bodywork treatments offer a space to slow down, tune in, and create an environment where your systems can recalibrate. As a qualified Soft Tissue Therapist, Reflexologist, and Facialist (more details on my training below), I take a personalised approach—no two treatments are ever the same. I’ll always meet you exactly where you are on the day, combining the best of each discipline to support you.

Whether it’s releasing muscular tension to encourage relaxation, boosting the lymphatic system, or working with the fascia to support circulation, my approach is tailored to what your body needs in the moment.

New clients complete a consultation form before their appointment to share concerns and goals, while existing clients have the opportunity to check in and track progress over time. This allows me to personalise your treatment plan, from the products I use to the tools and techniques selected, ensuring we focus on the areas that need the most care.

You can find me at Therapy Spaces in Surbiton for now, 16 St James' Rd, Surbiton KT6 4QH.

Please note: at this time, I’m focusing on treatments for women only, but I plan to expand my offerings in the future. You can explore my current treatments below, with more to come soon!

Please note
Oil is used to cleanse and massage the skin during treatments, but it will be thoroughly removed. If you’ve recently had any beauty treatments, please get in touch with me before booking. I also recommend not washing your hair before your appointment, as it may come into contact with products during the treatment.

Booking Policy
I currently run my clinic on Wednesday evenings but can also offer adhoc or recurring appointments on different days. Either book directly through the link below or get in touch with your preferred availability, and I’ll book you in. Please note:

  • A £30 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid—or the appointment cancelled—at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.

My Training

The first course that sparked my passion for bodywork was the Level 5 Reflexology Diploma with The Reflexology Academy I took in 2020. A couple of years later, I completed a Level 5 Soft Tissue Diploma with the London School of Sports Massage, with Mel Cash, a renowned leader in the industry.

But, I’ve always felt that the best treatment would be to combine the strengths of multiple modalities. So in the past year, I’ve expanded my skillset further. This included a Level 2 Facial Massage course with Relax Skin School, followed by an advanced Intraoral course—the gold standard for lifting, toning, and releasing tension in facial muscles through manual manipulation of the chest, neck, and face.

I’m fully insured, and my qualifications are regulated by multiple professional bodies, including:

  • BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology)

  • AOR (Association of Reflexologists)

  • CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council)

  • ISRM (Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage)

  • Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation)

  • VTCT (Vocational Training Charitable Trust)

These accreditations ensure that I adhere to the highest professional standards, stay up to date with industry regulations, and continuously refine my skills.
